SEE THE ARCHITECTS’ PLANS FOR A NEW PAVILION
The parish council, in close collaboration with the village’s football, cricket and tennis clubs, is hosting two drop-in sessions to show off the early plans for a revamped pavilion.
The preliminary designs – by Culham-based LAPD Architects – have been commissioned as a response to the Dorchester 2030 and Beyond survey, which identified a refreshed Pavilion as one of five key priorities for the village.
The drop-in sessions will take place at the current Pavilion this Friday and Saturday (February 28 and March 1) between 5pm and 7pm on Friday and 10am until noon on Saturday.
Plans will be displayed on boards and members of parish council and the sports teams will be on hand to discuss the proposals. Refreshments will be offered and there will be a chance for attendees to leave written feedback.
